Chandigarh – No coercive action could be taken against BJP leader Tajinder Pal Bagga till May 10.
Meanwhile, the Punjab and Haryana Highcourt has stayed arrest of Bagga till the next hearing. It is to mention, the BJP leader Bagga has filed a petition in Highcourt against the orders of Mohali local court that has issued non bailable warrants terming the action of Delhi and Haryana police illegal. Delhi police taking Bagga back to Delhi and Haryana police handed over him to Delhi police is illegal in manner, the court said.
Earlier , Mohali JMIC court has issued arrest warrants of BJP leader Tajinder Bagga , resident of Janakpuri, Delhi. The accused to be produced in the court, the orders said.
