Islamabad: Twelve people were killed and two others injured in torrential rains in Mansehra district of Pakistan’s northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on Sunday. Local media reported this.

According to media reports, four or five houses were completely damaged due to landslides caused by torrential rains. The houses housed 16 people. Fourteen victims of the accident have been identified and the search for the other two is on. The injured have been admitted to nearby hospitals.
