Chandigarh: The Congress has released the list of its star campaigners for the by-elections in Himachal Pradesh. It may be mentioned here that these include the names of Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi, Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh Sidhu, Gurkirat Kotli and many others.
