The makers of Kalank have released the first song from the film and it is as lovely as it is melodious.
While Varun Dhawa’s character Zafar is seen in the video, it is Alia-Madhuri Dixit’s jugalbandi that is the fundamental fascination of the melody.
The lyrics of Ghar More Pardesiya are by Amitabh Bhattacharya and the music is composed by Pritam. Shreya Ghosal and Vaishali Mhade have lent their voices for the mesmerizing melody.
Madhuri Dixit had shared a picture from the song on her insta handle, where she is seen alongside Alia.
Before the release, even Alia teased fans with a glimpse of her look from the song.
The song opens with Alia and Varun entering a embellished city, all set to have a festival of Ramleela.
Mesmerized by the grand fest, she is elated to watch the performers playing diverse characters from Ramayan.
Following the lanes, she enters a premise where Madhuri is in amidst for her dancing and singing session. Fluently, Alia (Roop) joins Madhuri (Begum Bahar) and the two hit an exciting face off.
