The Trinamool Congress (TMC) has taken steps towards a historic victory in the West Bengal Assembly elections. T. M. C. Has crossed the magic number of more than 200 seats here. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has won the Nandigram seat. Mamata defeated her former ally and BJP leader Subhendu Adhikari by 1,200 votes.
