Miss Diva has always been all about glitz and glamour and last night was no different. The prestigious beauty pageant was lit up by some amazing models who exactly knew how to up the game by striking a perfect balance between beauty and brains. While we are sure it must have been tough decision for the judges to pick the best amongst the 19 beauties. Mumbai’s Nehal Chudasma managed to outdo everyone by winning the crown of Miss Diva Universe 2018.
Sushant Singh Rajput announced the winners as Yamaha Fascino Miss Diva Universe 2017 Shraddha Shashidhar crowned Nehal Chudasamaas as the Yamaha Fascino Miss Diva Universe 2018. Whereas, Peden Ongmu Namgyal, Yamaha Fascino Miss Diva Supranational 2017 crowned Aditi Hundia as Yamaha Fascino Miss Diva Supranational 2018 and Apeksha Porwal: Yamaha Fascino Miss Diva 2017 – Runner-up crowned Roshni Sheoran as Yamaha Fascino Miss Diva 2018. Nehal wil now represent the country at Miss Universe.
The esteemed panel of judges included the likes of the Miss Universe 2000 and Actress Lara Dutta, Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters – Miss Universe 2017, Designer duo Falguni and Shane Peacock, actor Sushant Singh Rajput, sensational Shilpa Shetty and soon to be mommy Neha Dhupia. The grand finale was nothing short of a visual treat which was also graced by some electrifying performances by Sonakshi Sinha, and Tiger Shroff. The two undoubtedly left the audiences asking for more with hosts Malaika Arora and Sophie Choudhary further lifting the mood with their punches and witty one-liners.
With the Miss Diva 2018 journey coming to an end, Lara Dutta was quoted saying, “It has been a wonderful journey. All the girls are winners in their own right, however there can be only one winner. It was difficult for the panelists to choose that one winner from 19 divas who were all very talented and promising. The winner is very deserving and I would like to wish all the winners all the best. I am looking forward to the prestigious Miss Universe pageant and hope that we bring the crown home this year.”
