The Delhi High Court has said that a father’s obligation doesn’t end on his son turning 18 years and the burden of the son’s education and other expenses can’t fall on the mother alone.

The court granted ₹15,000 interim maintenance to a divorced woman for her adult son. She’ll be receiving it till her son completes graduation or starts earning.
