Chandigarh, July 20 : After hearing all the parties involved in the case of suicide committed by a women in village Bajuha Kalan, Nakodar in District Jalandhar, The Punjab State Women Commission directed SSP Jalandhar (Rural) to get the matter investigated by a senior police officer and inform the Commission within 15 days.
Disclosing this here today Mrs. Manisha Gulati, Chairperson of the Punjab State Women Commission said that the matter had come to her notice through a news report and SSP Jalandhar (Rural) has been directed to take stern action against the accsed in this case.
