In 2008 Tanushree Dutta did not mention about sexual harassment in her FIR and also did not name Nana Patekar, Ganesh Acharya, MNS etc.
Only two-three people are seen attacking her car. these people were from the media. Where is a mob or MNS goons she is talking about?
In 2018 she was just giving interviews to the media. only after nana Patekar sent her a legal notice for defamation she filed an HR. Because in Defamation case the Judge would have asked her that why she was just alleging Nana Patekar in the media and why she did not file a complaint against him.
She has a problem with Nana Patekar sending her a notice. She says she got the notice because she spoke the truth seriously?
we live in a democratic country Nana Patekar also has a right to Justice. If she is speaking the truth why she afraid of the law.
Now also she latest FIR she made she was not named MNS. why is just putting allegations against MNS in the media but don’t want to complain about it?
Does she really want Justice or cheap publicity?
