Bollywood diva Aishwariya rai Bachchan has finally confirmed that she wil be reuniting on the big screen with her husband Abhishek Bachchan in the upcoming film Gulab Jam afte 8 years. The couple was last seen together on-screen in Mani Ratnam’s Raavan (2010).
Bollywood’s power couple, who have delivered hit films like Guru (2007) and Sarkar Raj (2008), will once again share screen space and that too on the big screen in an upcoming film titled Gulab Jamun. The talented duo were last seen 8 years ago in the Mani Ratnam drama-thriller Raavan, a film that bombed at the box-office but the performances of Abhishek and Aishwarya was appreciated by the fans and critics alike.
The film is being produced by Anurag Kashyap and his Phantom Films and will be directed by new comer Sarvesh Mewara. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, confirmed that the actor couple have finally given their nod to the film and agreed to star in it. Aish Revealed that she was originally offered the film more than a year back.
