Rs. 2.50 crore released for cleaning the ponds of Rupana, Bhagsar, Malout and Abulkhurana villages of Malout Constituency: Dr. Baljit Kaur
Chandigarh – Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is making all possible efforts to beautification of the villages of the state. Under the same series, the Punjab government released 2.50 crore rupees for cleaning the ponds of Rupana, Bhagsar, Malout and Abulkhurana villages of Malout constituency.
Social Security, Women and Child Development Minister Dr. Baljit Kaur informed that Rs. 2.50 crore have been released to villages Rupana, Bhagsar, Malout and Abulkhurana for cleaning and beautifying the ponds of the villages of Malout constituency.
While addressing the inauguration at village Bhagsar Dr. Baljit Kaur said that the cleaning of village ponds is very important so that clean environment can be provided. This will make the progress of the villages.
Cabinet Minister said that the cleaning of the village ponds will increase the beautification of the villages and the health of the villagers will also improve. She appealed to the people not to throw garbage in the ponds.
Dr.Baljit Kaur further said that the state government will speed up the overall development of the state for the welfare of the people.
