The honourable High Court today has accepted that the “criminals have taken pleasures in political patronage” while patting the main witness in this case, Jagdish Kaur.
The justice system of India has demanded Kumar to surrender before December 31st of this year.
Previously Kumar was acquitted in the same by a lower court, but today cancelling the orders passed by the lower court, Justice Vinod Goel and S Muralidhar, found Sajjan guilty.
The court in the historic statement said, “It is important to assure the victims that despite the challenges truth will prevail.”
Sajjan Kumar is the same person whose name comes out every time the Sikh genocide of 1984 is mentioned.
