Bangalore: On-going controversy regarding the hijab in schools & colleges in Karnataka has finished today. Karnataka High Court ban on wearing hijab in educational institutions. With this, High Court also dismissed the all petitions which challenging the order against the hijab.

Chief Justice Ritu Raj Awasthi, Justice Krishna Dixit and Justice J.M. A Khaji bench passed this order. Now, state government has decided to close schools and colleges in Udupi and Dakshina Kannada districts as a precaution.
