Mohali – Daljit Gilzian nephew of former minister Sangat Singh Gilzian is again sent to four-day vigilance custody by the local court here.
It is to mention, Daljit Gilzian who was arrested by State Vigilance Bureau from his residence in Chd was produced before the Mohali court again after the completion of police remand.
The court after hearing arguements of both the sides extended the vigilance custody for four days. The counsel for state has demanded 7 days police custody in the court. Daljit Gilzian was rounded up by the Vigilance in connection with the forest tree cutting , purchases and tree sheilds scam.
