A man who returned from India in mid-April, and completed mandatory two-week quarantine, tested COVID-19 positive in Australia’s Victoria after developing symptoms, said authorities.

This is the first COVID-19 positive case reported in Victoria in more than two months. Authorities are now investigating to find the source of the infection amid concern about a new outbreak.
