After completing the apology circuit cum exercise today the five-time Chief Minister of Punjab Parkash Singh Badal today held a press conference at Amritsar where he again rejected to comment on what mistake exactly he and the other leaders are seeking pardon for.
Actually Akali Dal and Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, both Akali bodies were doing a pardon seeking triathlon at the supreme court of Sikhs, Shri Akal Takhat.
Nonetheless, everyone is still confused about the agenda of this “Spiritual Cleansing”, so journalists finally asked what all the other senior leaders of the state were asking.
When the Baba Badal was going all “Nimarta Di Moorat” ( Statue of Kindness), the press asked, could mister Badal please name a few mistakes for which they are begging pardon of the holy guru?
Senior Badal in reply to that said, “I do not have to hand the Guru a list of whatever mistake I have committed, knowingly or unknowingly, he is omnipresent and knows it all, we don’t have to spell everything to him.”
Badal Sahib all in all kept emphasizing that it was a spiritual program and should not be taken into any political context.
