New Delhi: In view of the decrease in the cases of epidemic in the country, the Election Commission has issued new guidelines. The commission has allowed all the parties to campaign with their maximum number of star campaigners. The commission has asked all the parties to submit the list of all their star campaigners by 5 pm on February 23.
