Ranchi (Jharkhand): Special Court of CBI gave its decision in the biggest illegal withdrawal of Rs 139.35 crore related to the fodder scam has finally come today. Special Court has convicted 75 accused including Lalu Yadav. Special Judge SK Shashi acquitted 24 accused, including six women, in the case for want of evidence.

Court has sentenced 36 accused to three years. The decision on the punishment of 39 accused including Lalu Prasad Yadav will come on 21st February. Lalu Yadav has already been convicted in four out of five cases related to the multi-crore fodder scam.
