Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said that after considering the terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir, people of the country consider the misery and anger of the people. 40 CRPF personnel were martyred in this attack. The Prime Minister, who arrived in Bihar to launch several projects, started his speech by speaking a few lines in the local dialect Angika and paid homage to the two soldiers of the state who were killed in the Pulwama attack. Modi inaugurated the first phase of riverfront development in Patna and laid the foundation stone of Karamalichi Sewerage Network of 96.54 Kms. The Prime Minister inaugurated the electrification of the railway line on many sectors and flagged off the Ranchi-Patna AC Weekly Express. He laid the foundation stone of medical colleges in Chhapra and Purnea.
Prime Minister Modi said, “Gas will be available to the Fertilizer factory, which is being restarted in Barauni from the Energy Ganga project. In Patna, it will be the task of delivering gas through pipes, trains will run from CNG and thousands of families will now get the gas piped.
The Prime Minister said, “Through the Prime Minister Energy Ganga Yojana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Odisha are being connected to the gas pipeline. I congratulate the people of Patna because Pataliputra is now going to join the metro rail. This project of Rs. 13 thousand cr is being developed keeping in view the needs of the present with the present.
