Maharashtra- Several passengers are feared injured after falling from a foot over bridge that collapsed at Balharshah railway station at Chandrapur. The passengers fell from the height of 60 feet. As many as 8 passengers are said to be in critical condition.
Reports say that atleast around 20 passengers got injured after falling from a portion of foot over bridge. They fell on the railway tract when pre cast slabs of foot over bridge collapsed.
Affected passengers were heading from platform number 1 to platform number 4 when the slab of over foot bridge broke and the passengers fell down on track from the height of 60 feet.
Injured are immediately admitted to the hospital. No casuality reported so far.
