India’s fiscal deficit in April-July stood at ₹3.21 lakh crore or 21.3% of budget estimate for financial year 2021-22, government data showed on Tuesday.

The fiscal deficit stood at 103.1% in the same period last year. Net tax revenue during the period stood at ₹5.29 lakh crore, while the overall revenue receipts stood at ₹6.69 lakh crore.
